Untamed...

I came across this quote from Walt Whitman, and it sums up how I feel today.
I too am not a bit tamed, I too am untranslatable,
I sound my barbaric YAWP over the roofs of the world.

There is something in facing cancer that brings out the warrior in my soul. When this is over, I will stand, having faced this foe and I shall not be found wanting....

Just found out about this today. Add me to the long list of those praying for you and the family. I've never met anyone with a more optimistic determination - you and God have this one covered.

You're signed in as Belarus 2...not sure who you are, but the list of possibilities seems rather short. Let me know who you are, if you would like (though it's more than fine if you choose not to do so).

Thank you so much for the encouragement and the prayers, especialy for my family.

It's hard to find words sufficient to convey thoughts & feelings at times like these. Just know that thoughts & prayers are regularly offered for what I know will be a positive outcome.

How 'bout them Phils?

I've heard some people "visualize" their bodies defeating cancer, imagining the cells literally exploding or dissolving.

I bet the warrior Fish can come up with some great visualizations of cellular warfare. YAWP!

Russ--if they could combine Abreu's ability with Rowan's heart, they could have made a deep run. As it stands...

RL--I'm on the visualization warpath, tomahawk in hand.

H-rox--giving it 'em in spades...
